You can't imagine Mlle Bagatelle's horror when she arrived in Paris this summer to discover that the Chantal Thomass boutique would be closed until just days before she was set to depart. When the store did finally open, Mlle. B. ran in as if finishing off the end of a particularly grueling marathon. Had she known that the new bags looked like this, she probably would have broken a window to get one.
