Valentino Bag - In Memoriam

Looking at this destroyed Valentino bag we know how the museum staff at Louvre must have felt upon first seeing the broken arms of the Venus de Milo. Bereft, disillusioned, and utterly directionless. So sad to see a thing of such beauty in ruins like this. 

All we can say about this once purposeful, glorious bag is: 

We will grieve not, but find strength in what remains behind. 

Um, actually, we have one more thing to say. If you haven't seen this rent it from iTunes immediately. Actually, we recommend buying it--there's an extra DVD that comes with it of a film called "The Perfect Life" that's actually even better than the movie.
